Prayer in a Traffic Jam

Lord,
it is inconvenient,
but someone ahead could be hurt,
or worse.

Have mercy on those who need it most,
and give patience
and gratitude
to the rest of us,
for whom things could be much worse,
in Jesus' name,
amen.
