Make me that man, Lord.
The one who doesn't think like the wicked
or flirt with temptation
or go along with the crowd.
Make me that man
who loves your Word
and dwells in your presence.
Make me that man who is like a tree,
planted by a flowing stream,
bearing fruit season after season.
Make me that man whose leaf never withers,
whose prosperity only grows,
in Jesus' name,
amen.
