Give him a great start
to a life of "Let's play some ball!"
Let him have a blast.
Give him early success
that increases the joy of the game.
Give him focus and concentration
beyond his years.
Give him laughter and fun.
Give him the thrill of catching the foul ball,
of throwing the runner out,
of hitting a frozen rope,
of running the bases,
flashing some leather,
sliding into home,
and being part of a team.
