Father of mercies and God of all comfort, our only help in time of need:
please look on your precious children
Calleigh and Ryder.
Look on them with the eyes of your mercy;
comfort them with a sense of your goodness;
preserve them from all attacks of the enemy;
and give them and their parents patience under their affliction.
However you do it, Lord,
by miraculous intervention,
by a breakthrough in medical research,
or in some other way,
whether simultaneously or serially,
please heal them both from all signs and symptoms of cystic fibrosis,
blessing them with complete health and wholeness
and enabling them to lead the remainder of their lives in vitality and vigor,
to the glory of your name,
in Jesus' name, amen.
